Counseling Session  Rates:   (Effective July 1, 2017)

$155 Initial Consultation (55-60 min)
$130 per 45 minute individual session 
$160 per 60 minute family session 
$155 per 55-60 minute individual session
$230 per 90 minute session (individual or family)
 

I am a self-pay provider. Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. I do NOT accept insurance. 

Payment
Cash, check and credit card payments are accepted. Health savings account credit cards are not accepted. 

 Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session as booked. I certainly understand emergencies do happen. I will forgive ONE late cancel due to an emergency situation. An "emergeny situation" defined as a situation that would cause harm to the client or their immediate family member if they are not seen immediately by a medical professional.
